Customer Referral Form

The CareerSource Palm Beach County (CSPBC) Customer Referral Form is designed to simplify the process of referring customers for job placement, job training services, or job readiness (Youth only). By using this form, you’ll help us communicate more effectively and ensure that each customer receives the timely and appropriate support they need.

To refer a customer, please follow these steps:

Fill in the necessary details on the form.
Click “Submit” to send the referral.

After you submit the form, we’ll promptly acknowledge receipt of your referral and keep you updated on your customer’s progress through email notifications. Your support is greatly appreciated, and together, we can make a positive impact on our community.
